Gasworks......

It's great to finally report that Bretonside is fully open to through traffic, a week early too. Having the gas works right outside our front door has been tricky at times, but we thank the contractors for getting the work done quickly, and listening to our concerns too. Thank you too all clients who've visited during the works, we know it's been challenging.

The contrast between the gasworks by Wales & West and the Gdynia Way roadworks however remains marked - the latter are an embarrassment to the authorities in Plymouth. These works are months and months late and are without doubt causing permanent and long term damage to the economy of Plymouth. Driving past the roadworks on Saturday, mid morning, no workers anywhere, and lanes cordoned off. Compare that to the W&W teams, doing 10.5 hour days, 7 days a week.
